TIMBERLAND CELEBRATES LEGACY WITH 'ICONIC' CAMPAIGN STARRING NAOMI CAMPBELL, SLAWN, & MORE

Timberland isn’t slowing down when it comes to celebrating its legendary Original Yellow Boot. After marking the 50th anniversary of the iconic footwear last year, the brand is keeping the momentum going with their latest campaign, aptly titled ICONIC.

To match the boot’s undeniable status, Timberland enlisted some equally iconic figures; Naomi Campbell, Teddy Swims, Nigerian artist Slawn, and non-binary activist Kai-Isaiah Jamal, to front the striking new shoot.

Naomi Campbell, a true fashion legend, takes centre stage, sporting nothing but the Original Yellow Boots in a bold, attention-grabbing shot. Meanwhile, singer-songwriter Teddy Swims brings his own unique style to the campaign, flashing his grills while casually slinging the boots over his shoulder.

“The Original Yellow Boot is timeless,” Swims shares. “It’s always fresh, no matter the year or what you pair it with.”

Nigerian artist Slawn echoes the sentiment: “The Original Yellow Boot is classic. Sexy. Very me.” He reveals that he owns six pairs of the timeless footwear, a testament to its lasting appeal.

Model and poet Kai-Isaiah Jamal rounds out the campaign, bringing depth and cultural awareness to the celebration. “For me, ‘iconic’ are things with legacy, history, and cultural impact,” they explain. “The story behind Timberland, and the way it’s embraced culture, has birthed something new - that’s iconic.”

Timberland’s ICONIC campaign celebrates more than just a boot; it highlights the legacy, style, and cultural significance that has kept the Original Yellow Boot relevant for five decades. With recent collaborations with Louis Vuitton, Wales Bonner, and White Mountaineering, Timberland is ensuring that this boot continues to evolve while staying true to its roots.
