We Out Here Announces First Wave of 2026 Lineup, Including Arthur Verocai, Mulutu Astatke, Stereolab, MIKE and Yazmin Lacey

Following a glowing 2025 edition, We Out Here returns to the list of the UK’s most loved musical institutions, taking to the 2026 festival circuit for another fruitful year and announcing a vibrant line-up of eclectic global names in the jazz-soul scene and beyond.

Earlier this week, Giles Peterson’s award-winning festival, We Out Here, hit our feeds with their first-wave of anticipated artists, a lineup stacked with celebrated pioneers and exciting emerging talent for 2026. Some of the first-wave’s genre-spanning highlights include legendary Brazilian composer Arthur Verocai with Nu Civilisation Orchestra, Ethio-Jazz icon Mulutu Astatke, and Anglo-French avant-pop group Stereolab, the spectrum of talent so far is set to give the festival’s punters a vibrant weekend in the Dorset countryside from August 20th–23rd.

Since its inaugural year in 2019, We Out Here has continued to shine a light on a luscious, global spectrum of jazz, soul, hip-hop, electronica and more. Their 2026 edition poses no different. From rapper MIKE and drum’n’bass innovator Adam F to soul and R&B live acts Anaiis, Sampa The Great, Yazmin Lacey, Jamie Woon and Bel Cobain, which we’ve billed as some of our personal highlights. WOH is inviting people to celebrate some of the scene’s most central legends as well as untapped and innovative fresh voices next summer.

Following a standout 2025, which featured some momentous talent including Loyle Carner, MJ Cole, Rotary Connection, Pa Salieu and Kokoroko, WOH is continuing its heralded reputation with their first wave announcement. The 2026 edition promises a fully immersive and inclusive experience through music, art, culture and food that continues marking the pace and showcasing the artists who are pushing their scenes forward. The next wave of artists is expected to be announced in the new year.
