"The animation went through several stages of approval before we locked in on a specific style. The video utilises traditional hand-drawn animation which was initially very ‘clean’ looking. We then tweaked in compositing, adding a ton of grain and ‘grime’ to give it some texture, along with a lot of psychedelic effects to inject it with a pulsating energy that reflected the tone of the song."
