Berlin-based duo strongboi have shared their latest single, ‘dizzy’, offering another glimpse into their forthcoming second album. The track follows ‘think twice’ and continues a new chapter for Alice Phoebe Lou and Ziv Yamin, whose collaborative project has grown from experimenting with Casio keyboards and discarded instruments into a six-piece live band.

Built around a prominent bassline and a laid-back, funk-influenced groove, ‘dizzy’ carries the warmth and psychedelic touches associated with strongboi's alternative pop sound. Beneath its easygoing production, the lyrics explore personal change, emotional closeness and the possibility of moving forward without losing the connections that matter. There's a sense of reassurance running through the track, with the idea of leaving the past behind becoming central to its message.

Written, produced and performed by Lou and Yamin, ‘dizzy’ was recorded at La Pot, with Dekel Adin, Eden Leshem and Paolo Guolo contributing additional production and instrumentation. The single follows the direction established through strongboi's self-titled debut album in 2023 and EP 1 in 2025. The duo have spoken about wanting their music to remain at the centre of the project, an approach that carries into this next chapter. Details surrounding their second album, including its title and release date, have yet to be announced.

Alongside the new music, strongboi are preparing for a headline tour across Europe and North America, beginning in Brussels on 24 November. The band will perform at London's Scala on 27 November before continuing their run into 2027. With ‘dizzy’ following ‘think twice’, strongboi are gradually introducing the sound of their next album, building anticipation for what comes next.
