SILK UNLEASHES HIS DIVERSE "REGRET THE MORNING" SETTING THE STAGE FOR A MONUMENTAL YEAR

SILK
Electronic sensation SILK continues his meteoric rise with the release of the highly anticipated EP 'Regret The Morning' showcasing SILK's diverse talents solidifying his position as a musical force to be reckoned with.

'Regret The Morning' spans a wide range of genres, featuring addictive pop hooks, thoughtful ambient instrumentals, and memorable collaborations. The instrumental intro, 'Relish The Night,' sets the enchanting tone, paving the way for the title track, 'Regret The Morning,' an indie pop gem featuring the vocals of Australian singer Mali Koa.

SILK doesn't hold back with collaborations, presenting the smash hit 'Reason' with Paige Cavell, the late summer banger 'On My Mind,' and the widely successful 'Quiver.'

As the EP reaches its climax, 'Moments' emerges as a euphoric banger, blending high BPM with emotional depth and featuring a stream-of-consciousness contribution from one of our favourite London artists KiLLOWEN. Concluding on a high note with 'Last Time,' featuring a soaring, artfully distorted lead vocal from EVALINA, the full project encaptulates everything SILK is all about. In SILK's words;

"We currently live in a time when music is consumed so passively, so whilst writing ‘Regret The Morning’, I really set out to write a full-bodied piece of work that would represent exactly where I am as an artist right now”, says SILK. “I really love the fact that we basically have an ‘indie pop’ song in the form of the title track ‘Regret The Morning’ and an ambient garage instrumental with ‘Pick Any Key To Start’ on the same EP… it is a physical embodiment of everything I love about music and everything I set out to achieve in writing music up until this point in my career, I couldn’t be prouder of it and I hope people can connect to it as much as I have."

'Regret The Morning' marks the culmination of a period of immense growth for SILK. As he sets the stage for another big year, this EP is a testament to his evolution as an artist and a promise of more musical brilliance.
