West London's underground all-round musician p-rallel has teamed up with hotly-tipped rising Kam-Bu and BXKS for the release of his first single of 2023 'Evening Time' following the announcement of his forthcoming six-date UK tour as part of his new club concept 'Nevermind'.
There is no doubt that p-rallel had an outstanding 2022 with the release of his standout project 'Forward' which saw him once again push the boundaries of the UK music scene, performing at Warehouse Project, and playing shows up and down the country. For his first release of 2023, p-rallel wanted to create something informed by idols of his younger years when he grew up on a diet of garage, jungle, and drum n bass, all due to his multigenre DJ dad.
'Evening Time' takes elements from the MC-heavy garage style music, reminiscent of So Solid Crew, but reworked into a new light fitting for the new UK generation. With hard-hitting bars being provided by the UK's latest up-and-coming talent in the form of Kam-Bu and BXKS, this is the perfect track to blow off those cobwebs and kickstart 2023 with a bang.
Speaking on the track, p-rallel explains:
“Growing up on So Solid & all the Garage crews as a younger, I felt it was only right to create a tune that gave me that same feeling. Kam-BU’s flow makes sense on garage beat like this and the way BXKS cuts through with her energy and attitude makes the song feel different to anything I've put out before.”
