Are you ready for a summer of jungle? Nia Archives sure is, releasing her summer anthem, a high-energy, jungle remix of A-Trak's renowned club remix of "Heads Will Roll" - "Off Wiv Ya Headz."
Following her support slot for Beyoncé on the Renaissance Tour in London, where she became the first artist to do so, Nia Archives continues to captivate audiences with her unique style. "Off Wiv Ya Headz" has been a favourite in Nia's sets, igniting crowds since its debut at WHP Manchester and more recently at Primavera Barcelona, We Love Green, and Love Saves The Day festivals.
Accompanying the release is a DIY style video by Nia Archives herself, featuring edited VHS tour cam footage from her recent trip to New York. Speaking about the track, Nia shares;
“I wanted to make a spooky edit for Warehouse Project last Halloween and this is what I came up. I love the a-trak remix and I just wanted a jungle version of it.”
Nia Archives has already had an extraordinary year, including her successful "Up Ya Archives" tour in the US, where she graced the stages of Coachella and rocked dance floors in Brooklyn, Denver, Washington, and Chicago. Last month, she released a special remix EP to celebrate her critically acclaimed EP "Sunrise Bang Ur Head Against Tha Wall." The remix EP features electrifying reinterpretations of her tracks by notable artists such as Mall Grab, Mount Kimbie, Breakage, Special Request, and Bakey, representing various corners of electronic music.
Nia Archives has firmly established herself as one of the most exciting and sought-after producers of her generation as she solidifies her position as one of the most culturally influential emerging global stars.
