MURA MASA IS BACK WITH A BANG WITH HIS LATEST SINGLE 'WHENEVER I WANT'

An undeniable trailblazer of his generation, Grammy Award-winning artist Mura Masa is back with a bang, following the success of his global hit 'Boy's a Liar Pt. 2' produced in collaboration with PinkPantheress and Ice Spice.

His latest single 'Whenever I Want', released via his very own Pond Recordings, marks his return without a featured artist. The track draws inspiration from jungle, jersey club, and breakcore, fusing high-energy beats, vocal chops, and kick-drums into a distinctly Mura Masa sound.

Mura Masa's third studio album 'demon time' was met with critical acclaim, showcasing the producer's ability to channel hedonistic themes and nuanced subcultures into futuristic pop. The album featured collaborations with Shygirl, Lil Uzi Vert, PinkPantheress, and more, and connected the dots between Mura Masa's genre-shaping Soundcloud beginnings and the new wave of electronic music.
