JPEGMAFIA RETURNS WITH EXPLOSIVE NEW SINGLE AND US TOUR ANNOUNCEMENT

Since his last solo release in 2021, rapper, producer, and cultural disruptor JPEGMAFIA has experienced a wildly impactful journey with relentless touring and a raucous, confrontational back catalogue, he has ignited imaginations worldwide.

His status as one of global music’s most incendiary talents was solidified with "SCARING THE HOES," a collaborative album with Danny Brown that became one of the most talked-about and acclaimed LPs of 2023. Following the album's success, a fast and furious double-headed tour with Danny Brown cemented their reputation as one of the most explosive live acts on earth.

Now, JPEGMAFIA emerges from his solo hiatus with "don't rely on other men," his first solo material in nearly four years. This dynamic, confrontational cut of progressively minded hip hop is the perfect re-introduction to JPEGMAFIA’s authoritative flow. The self-produced track, lasting 3 minutes and 14 seconds, is a direct shot at the state of contemporary rap's lack of authenticity. It maintains a foreboding atmosphere, blending elements of boom-bap, rock, patchwork sampling, and a gargantuan distorted bassline.

"Don't rely on other men" embodies the intensity and unpredictability that JPEGMAFIA is known for, ensuring it stands out in today's music landscape.

Accompanying the release of "don't rely on other men," JPEGMAFIA has also announced the "LAY DOWN MY LIFE" US tour. This tour is a global invitation into the visceral world of one of contemporary music’s most compelling performers. Kicking off in North America, the tour will showcase a discography-spanning set that highlights the true influence of JPEGMAFIA.

JPEGMAFIA's blend of confrontational lyrics and innovative production continues to push the boundaries of hip-hop. As he steps back into the solo spotlight, "don't rely on other men" and the "LAY DOWN MY LIFE" tour are set to reaffirm his position as a groundbreaking force in contemporary music.
