WEST LONDON'S FELIXTHE1ST HAS JOINED FORCES WITH FRENCH RAPPER 8RUKI FOR THE RELEASE OF 'LULLABY'

West London's rising musician FelixThe1st has started the year with the outstanding release 'Lullaby' featuring French-rapper 8Ruki.

Bringing in rising talent 8Ruki into his unique sonic universe for a fission of bilingual rap as they let their thoughts about the prospect of romance known to us all. Taking us to Paris with his VHS-led video shot by close collaborator Liam James.

“Ruki was an artist who stood out to me in the Paris scene, so we planned a session for when I landed. We always planned to return to film the video, which came together with the help of all the people we met on the first trip and Liam. Also, shout out to the stylist Annat, who pulled together some sick looks for this one and Virginie on the stills!”

With his new alias 'FelixThe1st - courtesy of his cat-like reflexes - came alongside the birth of a stand-alone artist who

identified himself with face paint, a nod to his love for WWE. Felix's initial taste with the scene came at a young age when he had the opportunity to perform as a backing dancer for Jungle, Stormzy, Years & Years, and The Spice Girls. Following years of progressively experimenting with songs of his own, a seamless transition from dance to music began in 2018 when he built a network of producers to help construct a sound of his own.

With his recent success of winning the 2022 MOBO award 'Song Of The Year' for the outstanding single 'Own Brand (Freestyle)' alongside Dreya Mac, Felix has had his first taste of what to expect in 2023 as he becomes a name that more of us know.
