Breaking boundaries and defying norms, FelixThe1st’s latest project "i hope you never fit in" is a sonic journey that challenges the status quo of music.

With 13 tracks that redefine genres, this project is a sonic adventure, blending the essence of Bedroom Pop, Shoegaze, and Grunge, all curated with Felix's tastemaker flair. Felix's 'i hope you never fit in' is not just an project; it's a statement. Comprising no features, it boldly emphasises Felix's commitment to unapologetically exploring new territories and genres. The project is a testament to the artist's dedication, with every track reflecting his blood, sweat, and tears. In his own words, Felix expresses,

"I want this to be an immersive listening experience. It’s a project that began with such tiny ideas that have now become songs that mean a lot to me. It’s fascinating that we’ll look back at this as a moment in my journey where I stopped caring about what people think. I’m proud to say that my integrity speaks through my music."

Born in LA during studio sessions with renowned music-makers Y2K and Stolen Nova, 'i hope you never fit in' took its initial shape before Felix then returned to London to weave in more layers, drawing inspiration from his melodramatic outlook on relationships.

The heart of the project boasts sonic twists, from the vulnerable 'Swan Song' to the Jersey Club-inspired 'would u wait' before tracks like 'Three' and 'Friday 13th' reveal Felix's rockstar attitude, demonstrating the versatility that defines the project.

With unreleased music and visuals in the vault, FelixThe1st shows no sign of slowing down. In 2024, he continues to carve his name into the music scene, solidifying his position as a pioneering force. 'i hope you never fit in' not only marks FelixThe1st’s evolution but also stands as a symbol of music's boundless possibilities.
