Rapper and vocalist Danny Sanchez is making waves with his new single, ‘Live It Up’, produced by long-term collaborator Kxmel.
After dropping two exquisite singles last year, Sanchez is keeping up the momentum with this new track. A feature on The Silhouettes Project was another highlight of his 2023, with ‘No Fumar’ arriving alongside C.REM and Kunfused.
Taking on a slower, more melodic sound, ‘Live It Up’ highlights an impressive range of styles from the young artist. Sanchez delves into personal topics in the verses, with lyrics intimately detailing his struggles. The track flies into a powerful chorus, with “Zip it up, puffer on a cold day” shining as a wonderfully relatable line.
There are rumours of this being a big year for Danny Sanchez, hopefully meaning a project is en route. Excitingly, he recently announced a headline performance at 91 Living Room for the 16th of February. After the success of ‘Live It Up’, as well as his last 2 singles, we cannot wait to see what he has in store for us next.
