Corteiz And Boy Better Know Link Up For Historic 20th Anniversary Collab

Boy Better Know just turned 20, and they’re marking it with their first-ever fashion collab, naturally, it’s with Corteiz.

The link-up between the grime pioneers and UK’s most prominent streetwear names has been teased for over a year, but now it’s official. BBK and Corteiz are dropping a limited-edition capsule that blends two decades of grime history with the chaos and confidence Corteiz has made its signature.

You could’ve clocked it early if you were paying attention. Corteiz founder Clint Ogbenna wore a BBK x Corteiz tracksuit to the Champions League final last summer. Then earlier this month, Skepta did a surprise set at Glastonbury wearing the iconic photo tee, then the entire BBK crew turned up in full collab fits at Wireless. All before the proper rollout came out this with a BBK freestyle: Skepta, JME, Frisco, Jammer and Shorty spitting over cold production, all kitted out in the collection. No big campaign. No fake hype. Just bars and clothes.

The collection isn’t just a co-branded rehash. Sure, there’s a nod to the classic Boy Better Know T-shirt, now reworked with the Corteiz logo, whilst also flipping two of its core tracksuits with BBK detailing. The clear standout comes as a mesh tee referencing to the Too Many Man video, plus the return of his iconic New Era Lake Elsinore cap. It’s not nostalgia for nostalgia’s sake. This is BBK on its own terms, sharpened by Corteiz’s no-rules design language.

BBK’s influence in UK rap is undeniable. Skepta and JME shaped grime’s rise from pirate radio to festivals and chart placements. This drop isn’t just merch. It’s another piece of history for the iconic group. No one’s said when or where it’s dropping. Typical Corteiz. But expect it this week.
