BILK DROP NEW VIDEO FOR ‘F UP’ AND ANNOUNCE MASSIVE HEADLINE TOUR

Essex trio Bilk are back with their latest anthem, ‘F Up’, a fiery track lifted from their upcoming second album 'Essex, Drugs and Rock and Roll,' set to drop on 24th January via Scruff of the Neck. The track is raw, unapologetic, and perfectly captures the carefree chaos that defines Bilk's sound. The newly-released video is sure to get fans hyped as they gear up for the album release.

Frontman Sol Abrahams opens up about the album's content, describing it as a reflection of his life right now. It’s gritty, real, and full of the energy that comes from living life on the edge.

"The album sums up where I’m at in my life at the moment," he says. "Everything from being in a band to partying, relationships, love, drugs, sex, and a load of stories and experiences I’ve picked up and written about along the way. I think it’s the most exciting thing in band music right now.”

And that raw, realness comes through in ‘F Up,’ a track that Sol reveals was written in just three minutes before hitting the studio. It’s an anthem for anyone who’s ever felt like they’re stumbling through life but loving every second of it.

“I’m pretty useless at everything apart from music tbh,” Sol admits, “and the song’s just about living free, not taking life too seriously, having a laugh, being a bit of a fuck up, and not giving a shit what people think about it.” It’s loud, it’s rebellious, and as Sol says, “It’s a banger, so go blare it out now and annoy ya neighbours.”

Alongside the release, Bilk has announced their biggest headline tour to date, which kicks off in February and will see them hitting cities across the UK before heading over to Europe. With a huge show lined up at London’s Electric Ballroom, this tour is set to be their most explosive yet.

With the video for ‘F Up’ out now, Bilk is gearing up to take over the music scene in 2024. Get ready for an album that’s as wild, real, and reckless as the band themselves.
