After a string of unmissable singles this year, rising electronic producer and DJ ATRIP has dropped his new mixtape TANZPARTEI II.
Building on the success of his 2023 release, this latest project reflects ATRIP's artistic evolution, pushing into new sonic territories with exciting collaborations from KAM-BU, Bawo, TeaMarrr, and Poté. ATRIP shares his intention behind the mixtape:
“I wanted to collaborate with artists outside of my usual lane to push my artistic identity into new spaces and open the TANZPARTEI world to new emotions.”
Tracks like ‘Ocean’ and ‘Dun That’ with KAM-BU and TeaMarrr are standout moments, combining kinetic production with sharp lyrical content. Similarly, Bawo’s contribution on ‘Talking Too Much’ adds to the mixtape's emotional depth, showcasing ATRIP’s ability to blend introspective moments with high-energy, dancefloor-ready beats.
‘Friday (Alone Right Now)’, the mixtape’s latest single, has quickly become a staple in ATRIP’s DJ sets, with prominent figures like Barry Can’t Swim and Joy Anonymous giving it heavy rotation. The track’s infectious groove sets the stage for the euphoric and introspective energy that runs through TANZPARTEI II.
The mixtape release also comes ahead of a busy tour schedule for ATRIP, including a headline show at Phonox on November 28th and supporting acts like Disclosure and Barry Can’t Swim. As ATRIP continues to gain recognition from electronic heavyweights like Bonobo, DJ Seinfeld, and Lil Silva, TANZPARTEI II positions him as one of the UK’s most innovative electronic artists.
With millions of organic streams and a growing fanbase, ATRIP’s commitment to fostering a sense of community around his music - through his fan meet-ups and personal interactions - sets him apart as an artist truly dedicated to creating shared experiences both inside and outside the club.
