Femi Tahiru
Rising Northampton-born, Manchester-based artist Femi Tahiru debuts the "M.A.S.T.E.R.S" EP featuring new and previously released tracks, accompanied by a sleek video for "What She Wants."

This new release follows a series of acclaimed singles, including "Jussai," "Comfortable," "The First Time I Got High," and "It's Nearly Over." Being just his third EP, Femi Tahiru presents a collection of eight unique songs, featuring both previously released tracks and brand-new creations.

The EP kicks off with an atmospheric two-minute introduction before Femi's smooth lyricism takes centre stage. The tracks on "M.A.S.T.E.R.S" showcase a wide range of moods and emotions, from the moody, echoing notes of "The First Time I Got High" to the rawness of "Light Beam" and the smooth seductiveness of "It's Nearly Over" and "September," Femi's latest project reinforces his reputation as a naturally reactive and intriguing artist within the alternative music scene.

His ability to craft music well beyond his years is evident throughout this release. Femi Tahiru explains the concept behind "M.A.S.T.E.R.S":

"Following on from D.E.M.O.S (Definitely Emotional Maybe Overly Sensitive), M.A.S.T.E.R.S provides a more recent and relevant insight into the thoughts and processes I experience daily. The acronym has a double meaning in that I may start to see the end of the previous emotions that made me overly sensitive, which, on the surface, appears to be a good thing. However, the empty space left from the latter has been preoccupied by feelings of disbelief in myself and my abilities, lust for material wealth, the crippling need for instant gratification, and ambivalence towards love through fear of acceptance. M.A.S.T.E.R.S also involves the process of dealing with such issues, whether they are seen as issues at all, but instead lessons to learn and grow from."

Building a reputation as an artist to watch in the UK music scene, he has shared the stage with artists like Chiiild, Pip Millett, Amber Mark, Nubya Garcia, Theophilus London, and recently performed at the renowned Dot To Dot Festival.

Femi Tahiru's ability to provide compelling and authentic storytelling set against soul-influenced beats continues to elevate his status in the UK music scene.
